Return Policy

Just Yorkies always guarantees anything you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the merchandise purchase price. Should you need to return an item, you will receive instructions with your order.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
